Dear AUCSO Members,

 

We are writing to remind you of our association’s administrative and financial processes.

 

Procedure for Generating Purchase Orders:

 

To streamline our billing and payment processes, we request that each member institution generate a Purchase Order (PO) through their respective university’s finance system. This PO should then be provided to us for inclusion on your annual membership invoice. Please email PO to treasurer@aucso.org or admin@aucso.org

 

Could colleagues also please also confirm email address for Invoice recipient.

 

Change of Bank Details:

 

To remind you that AUCSO changed its banking provider from HSBC to Metro Bank in 2024. We kindly remind all members to ensure their records are upto date and that future payments are directed to the new Metro Bank account, details which are provided below.  To note the HSBC account is now closed.

Membership Fees:

 

The annual membership fee will remain the same as 2024, £260. This fee covers up to 6 representatives per member institution.

 

Important Payment Information:

 

It is crucial that when making payments, the payment reference corresponds to either the PO number or your membership number, as indicated on your invoice. This ensures timely and accurate processing of your membership fees. Payment can also be made by BACS, card, via Stripe, a link to Stripe is provided on the invoice.

 

These changes reflect our commitment to the continuous improvement of our association and to better serve our members.
