When

9th September 2024
13:00 - 14:30

These are unprecedented times & complacency is our enemy

Never have so many factors come together in a perfect storm to challenge the coping skills, inner resources & resilience of our teams.
This gathering tsunami is producing personal burnout which is fundamentally changing the personal & team dynamics although on the face of it things may seem unchanged.

Core campus support attributes of alertness, fortitude, attention to detail, intuition, empathy may have been replaced by numbness and a reticence to engage.
External services who traditionally provided harmonised solutions seem to have forsaken their traditional roles.

Operative psychological wellbeing is key.
Q. Are you fulfilling your obligations given the dynamic nature of the role? importantly are staff fulfilling their obligations too?

Please join us to share good practice
